The LLC will make investments in new start up small businesses and expansion of a current business for a new idea.  The capital invested by the West Chester LLC is intended to be combined with funds raised from other sources, including bank loans and other private contributions of capital. The intention of the LLC is to provide the last leg of financing for an entrepreneur desiring to start up a business in West Chester.

The LLC will secure its financing however we can to protect our investors, but we will give the new entrepreneur as much flexibility as possible. Therefore, we will structure our investments in such a way to promote the success of our small businesses clients. We will also provide when asked or when necessary through our internal networks, the expertise to assist the business in first surviving the start up and then flourishing.
